We work hard to keep The Happy Helper reliable, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may update, modify, or change features with reasonable notice. We won't remove core functionality you're actively using without giving you time to adjust.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Happy Outlet Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruptions.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You can cancel anytime through your account settings or by emailing us. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay. We'll give you notice when possible.
On account closure, we retain your data for 30 days in case you want to reactivate, then delete it. You can request immediate deletion at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
